For over 10 years we have supplied early construction project leads and

key project-builder information to thousands of clients that needed to increase their sales

to the construction trades in this area.

We found that most do not follow up on LEADS

Over time, we noted that a large number of our accounts were not directly following up

on the leads that we were providing. Minimally, follow up does require telephoning prospects to

verify current project information.

Most would not cold call

Most were not persistent in their follow ups

We were told the key reason for not following-up leads, was that

they did not want to initially cold call or later follow-up call anyone for anything.

Few have staff that can or will do this, so most don’t

We also found that few had staff qualified to do this. And if they did, their

staff rarely dedicated the time and effort that was required to get new business. They were

not persistently cold calling new prospects nor were they following up on ‘warm’ prospects.

    • Makes follow-up contacts until the quote, bid, or sale is completed (when requested)

We will carefully screen and locate accounts that have interest in using your product or service then we will make specific appointments for your sales team, staff, or estimators, to meet with and sell these new clients.

Or, we will get specific plan access information and bid dates. Then we can follow-up to assure you are specified in or have the chance to bid.

Our Second Goal: is to generate a Pipeline of potential new business
for your company.

To Help Achieve These Goals, We Will Set Up And Use These Sales Tools:

    • Set up accounts list, a database of info on your targeted new accounts (Excel, and Outlook formats) (You will receive monthly reports)
    • Set up telephone contact-control-reporting system (Outlook/ Excel formats)
    • Set up mail-merge for generating sales letters (Use Outlook, for letters, #10 envelops, and mail labels)
    • Set up, and generate blank form sales letters (For use with Outlook for continuing sales letter campaign)
    • Set up, and generate blank form email sales letters Using Windows Live Mail for continuing email sales campaign)
    • Set up, and generate display advertisements (Expedite distribution of your sales message to 5,000 Puget Sound area buyers)
    • We may recommend that you build a WEB site (if you do not have one now) or enhance your current site. (WEB work is not included in the service. We highly recommend Lolalu Design, who is both competitive and capable.)

Different Companies Have Different Sales Requirements:

Every company is a bit different, so each of our Direct Contact Sales Services packages is tailored to your company’s specific needs. For example, you may want us to call on every possible new project of a specific type in a certain area for new bid possibilities, or you may want us to help you get your product or service specified in specific project types, and, you may also want us to follow up with each interested or targeted prospect to assure you are specified, and have a chance to bid.

But, all of our services packages are designed to generate multiple direct sales contacts on a group or category of accounts or projects that you select for us to target for your sales.

We will contact your targeted accounts with different kinds of messages on behalf of your firm, and ‘Cold call telephone calls’ are a key feature of each Sales Campaign Package. But, telephone calls cannot be the only way you contact prospects. Most prospects do not respond to being bombarded with telephone calls. So, we intersperse telephone calls with direct mail, and email contacts.

Selecting Your Prospects:

You (or we) will need to carefully select the project types and sizes (commercial, SFD residential, multi-family apartments-condos remodels, government, education, etc.) or account types (architects, engineers, general contractors, specialty contractors, developers, etc.) that you want us to target for your sales.

You can supply all or, any part of the information on these accounts from your records, or they can come from our databases of reports of early new projects leads, and/or our database of builders. In some cases we target all of several project types, in others the top (highest value-volume) professionals in a category, etc.

We Will Make Multiple Contacts On Your Selected Prospects:

As noted, we then contact each of these prospective accounts in multiple ways with multiple contacts. We will use a combination of contact types starting with direct telephone sales calls. The calls are followed-up (interspersed with) direct snail mail sales letters or post cards, direct sales emails, and sales display ad messages.

Minimal Sales Campaign Time Period:

The minimum initial Direct Contact Sales Services Sales Campaign period is for 10 weeks.

What Are Your Options At The End Of The Initial Sales Campaign?

1. You can extend all or parts of your sales lead generating campaign for a mutually agreeable time period,

2. We will transfer all of the sales tools we set up for you, to you, for use in your sales-marketing system.

Services Package Pricing:

After completing our direct sales service set-up questionnaire, we will provide a firm quote.

Evaluating Our Option:

Compare the cost of our sales services and tools with the cost of the average salesperson you have hired.

Compare the effectiveness of our services and tools with that of the best salesperson you have hired.

Then consider that

    • We will directly contact more new prospects, more times, in more ways, for you than any of your salespersons ever have.
    • We will both set up, and install, a complete set of solid sales tools and services that your company can use indefinitely.
    • We will generate a pipeline, of real prospects that will feed sales to your company for a long as you feed it

Services Agreement:

If you have interest in proceeding with a formal services agreement, we will prepare one for you.

Should you choose to proceed, we will need to ask you (or your staff) a series of questions related to your current sales and marketing status and efforts. The questionnaire can be completed over the phone. We will furnish you with a copy of the questions so that you can prepare the appropriate answers.

We will also generate a list of the other items that we will need to set up your account.
